either ... or | entweder ... oder | We will spent our holidays either in Italy or in Spain. |
but | aber | We arrived at time but the meeting was cancelled. |
however | jedoch | This is a good result, however we excepted more. |
nevertheless | dennoch, trotzdem | We discussed more than six hours, nevertheless we couldn't agree about the new strategy. |
yet | aber | We have learned a lot, yet not enough. |
